- The Manager - Plant L&D (HR) will lead and manage the learning and development function within the automotive industry, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. - Manage the training budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Profile:
A successful Manager - Plant L&D (HR) should have:

- Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws.
- Proven ability to design and execute effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
