Job Description:
- The Manager - Plant L&D (HR) will lead and manage the learning and development function within the automotive industry, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. This role is based in Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and requires expertise in designing learning pathways for blue and white-collar workforce, setting up a Skill Development Centre, and driving capability building.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and provide targeted solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Manage the training budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR and training within the automotive industry.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in training and development activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the plant HR team to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in learning and development within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Proven ability to design and execute effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
