Role Description
The Manager - L&D (Behavioral Training) will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating behavioral and soft skills programs that strengthen employee capabilities, enhance workplace culture, and drive organizational effectiveness. The role focuses on developing leadership skills, communication, emotional intelligence, and other behavioral competencies required to achieve business success.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning & Development Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives, industry trends.
- Establish a structured learning roadmap for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
Employee Engagement & Performance Enhancement
- Identify skill gaps and development needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Partner with HR to integrate learning initiatives with performance management.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.
Leadership Development
- Design and implement leadership development programs for senior management, department heads, and high-potential employees.
- Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders
Compliance & Accreditation Support
- Maintain training records and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with company quality teams to enhance compliance-based
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with emerging trends in healthcare education and training methodologies.
- Implement technology-driven learning solutions, such as LMS platforms, and virtual training modules.
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective training solutions.
- Optimize resource allocation for in-house and external training programs.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality in outsourced training services
Qualifications
- Graduation/Post-graduation in Human Resources
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry, held an operational role in service delivery environment in a managerial capacity; contributed to or managed the end to end Learning Function
