Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager Learning & Development.
- (L&D) to lead the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of our learning initiatives.
- This role will play a critical part in shaping the organizations talent capability framework, driving leadership development, and building a culture of continuous learning.
- The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in both technical and behavioral training, proven experience in leadership development, and the ability to align learning strategy with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of the organization-wide L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term capability building.
- Technical & Behavioral Training: Design and oversee structured learning programs addressing technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for engineers, project managers, first-time managers, and other critical roles.
- Campus to Corporate Programs: Drive structured onboarding and training programs for campus hires to enable seamless integration, faster productivity, and strong foundational skill-building.
- Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Digital & E-Learning Solutions: Spearhead the adoption and management of learning management systems (LMS), digital platforms, and innovative learning methodologies to enable blended and scalable learning.
- Impact Measurement & ROI: Establish robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.
- Change & Engagement: Act as a change champion by fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, co-create solutions, and ensure high-impact delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with exposure to technical, behavioral, and leadership training.
- Strong background in designing and executing learning interventions in engineering, infrastructure, or consulting industries.
- Proven expertise in leadership development, talent capability frameworks, and succession planning.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital training solutions.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach.
- Strong analytical and program evaluation capabilities with the ability to demonstrate ROI of learning initiatives.
- Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or L&D methodologies (Kirkpatrick, MBTI, NLP, Hogan) preferred.
