
Job Title: Manager - Learning & Development
Location: Delhi
Role Overview:
The Manager - L&D will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through interaction with business heads and department managers.
- Design and implement learning and development programs for employees.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee performance improvement.
- Coordinate with external trainers and training vendors when required.
- Manage leadership development and skill enhancement programs.
- Maintain training records and prepare training reports.
