- Build competency models and learning pathways from scratch.

- Collaborate with leadership for strategic L&D partnering.

Required Skills

- Proven L&D leadership experience (12+ years) with global exposure.

- Expertise in competency modelling and career pathing.

- Strong tech savviness; adept at AI-driven L&D tools.

- Experience in micro-modulation and skill gap analysis.

- Change management and stakeholder management skills.

Education
