Requirement:

- Someone ok to relocat to Noida .

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development, Curation & Digitization:

- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to co-create impactful, relevant, and engaging training materials.

- Curate in-house and external learning resources, ensuring alignment with learning goals and high-quality standards.

- Coordinate the digitization of training content, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive materials.

- Champion the integration of emerging tools and technologiesincluding AI and modern authoring platformsinto content development and delivery.

- Maintain a central, well-organized repository of all training content, resources, templates, and feedback documents.

Training Operations & Stakeholder Coordination:

- Plan and execute logistics for training sessions (virtual and in-person), including scheduling, venue booking, material preparation, and communications.

- Manage the training calendar and ensure timely updates to stakeholders across the business.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for L&D-related queries within the Data Centers division.

- Coordinate with external training vendors, universities, and consultants as required.

Learning Offer Management & LMS Utilization:

- Support the design, review, and maintenance of the Learning & Development Data Centers training catalogue.

- Ensure all offerings are kept current, accessible, and aligned with business needs.

- Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage enrolments, track progress, and generate insights.

- Partner with the broader L&D and the Digital Team to enhance the digital learning experience and participation rates.

Data Management & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate training records across all formats and systems.

- Analyze training feedback and performance data to evaluate program effectiveness.

- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on participation, completion, and learning outcomes.

- Work with internal experts to develop and refine dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.

Administrative & Budgetary Support:

- Assist with preparation and monitoring of the L&D budget and resource planning.

- Manage inventory of training supplies and vendor invoices.

- Provide general administrative support to the Projects L&D function.
