Manager - Learning & Development ( Female Candidate Only)
Description:
Role Objective:
To strategize, design, and deliver learning & development initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities, enhance employee performance, and build leadership pipelines. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, program facilitation skills, and hands-on execution of training frameworks across multi-location teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. L&D Strategy & Planning:
- Develop annual Learning & Development roadmap aligned with business priorities and HR strategy.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders and HRBPs.
- Create competency frameworks and L&D interventions for various employee groups (white-collar, field staff, and blue-collar where applicable).
2. Training Program Design & Delivery:
- Design and roll out behavioral, functional, leadership, and managerial development programs.
- Conduct internal training sessions, workshops, and learning circles.
- Identify external training institutions, trainers, and digital platforms for specialized programs.
3. Leadership & Talent Development:
- Support succession planning efforts by building structured development journeys for high-potential employees.
- Run leadership development journeys, coaching interventions, and mentoring programs.
4. Learning Operations & Tools:
- Manage LMS / e-Learning platforms (such as Darwinbox LMS, SuccessFactors, Udemy Business, Coursera, etc.).
- Develop training content, e-modules, case-based learning material, and knowledge resources.
- Track training schedules, attendance, feedback, assessments, and post-training ROI evaluation.
5. Analytics, Measurement & Reporting:
- Create dashboards on training coverage, impact scores, capability maturity, and behavioral change indicators.
- Present monthly & quarterly L&D review reports to senior management.
6. Stakeholder & Change Management:
- Collaborate closely with business heads, HRBPs, operations, and functional leaders to drive learning culture.
- Promote continuous learning through campaigns, recognition, and engagement initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience in designing and managing both classroom and digital learning programs
- Knowledge of competency models and talent development frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple training programs across locations
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and learning platforms (mandatory)
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Organizational Development (preferred)
- 6-12 years of experience in L&D / Talent Development roles
- Experience working with large teams/workforce is an added advantage
- Prior experience in program facilitation is mandatory
