
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Learning & Development (L&D) Manager with over 10 years of experience in the non-IT, non-BPO corporate sector.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that directly support our business goals.
This role is crucial for developing our workforce and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Design: Design and develop comprehensive training programs that are directly aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Content Delivery & Management: Prepare and deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of formats, including PPTs, e-learning modules, and role-plays.
- You will also be responsible for curating content and managing the LMS (Learning Management System).
- Effectiveness Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics to ensure a strong return on investment and a positive impact on employee performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and provide targeted solutions.
Skills:
- L&D Expertise: Proven experience in corporate Learning & Development in a non-IT, non-BPO environment.
- Instructional Design: Strong ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Technical: Experience with e-learning platforms and managing an LMS.
- Analytical: Skills in assessing the effectiveness of training through performance metrics and feedback.
Experience & Education:
Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in corporate L&D.
Education: An MBA in Human Resources or a Master of Social Work (MSW) is a mandatory qualification
