About the Role
As our Learning & Development Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate training initiatives - identifying skill-gaps, designing and delivering engaging programs, measuring impact, and driving continuous improvement.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT, HR, and business units to ensure our workforce remains at the forefront of Cloud, AI, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct surveys, interviews, and performance data reviews to assess current and future training requirements aligned with hiring and resource planning.
- Program Management: Lead all phases of L&D programs, including needs analysis, design, content readiness, delivery setup, execution, and effectiveness mapping.
- Build for Delivery: Leverage various modalities such as classroom training, e-learning platforms, workshops, simulations, and job aids to deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Content Development: Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, slide decks, e-learning modules, videos, and assessments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the L&D team, ensuring program quality and supporting the Head of L&D as a strategic excellence partner.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze training metrics, generate actionable insights, and demonstrate program ROI through dashboards and reports.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner 360 with IT, HR, compliance, and business leaders to align L&D programs with overall organizational goals.
- Compliance & Resource Management: Ensure adherence to ISO quality and information-security standards; manage vendors and budgets per audit requirements.
- Trend Scouting: Incorporate industry best practices and certifications in Cloud, AI, and other emerging technologies into L&D offerings to keep the workforce competitive.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Proven experience implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Deep understanding of IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
- GenAI certification and project-management credentials.
- Strong instructional-design skills and familiarity with adult-learning models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to measure training outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging learning technologies and tools
