ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Under general direction, responsible for full life cycle recruiting as an Individual and through Vendor partners for all leadership and senior positions. - Develop creative and diverse sourcing plans; leverage social networking and other cutting-edge recruiting technologies and tools, to connect with a broad and diverse talent network. - Implement an employment branding strategy that effectively articulates employee value proposition in order to attract top talent. - Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Compensation, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless process and communication for offers and integration plans. - Work with business and human resource leadership team to assess future skill requirements and develop appropriate talent recruiting strategies to aid the business in acquiring the requisite skills and capabilities. - Conduct market mapping for critical positions, and key talent intelligence for maintaining the candidate pool. - Screen and provide detailed summaries for shortlisted candidates to stakeholders. - Act as advisor to leadership/ stakeholders regarding compensation/ benefits, talent pool availability, alternatives for role fulfilment. - Candidate handholding, clarification, and influencing through the hiring process to ensure good candidate experience. - Compensation/ benefits proposals and clarifications to candidates. - Post onboarding candidate experience management. - Process compliance.
