Manager - Leadership Hiring - IT

Job Description:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology leadership and critical niche positions.

- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements and develop hiring strategies.

- Build and maintain strong pipelines of leadership talent across technology domains.

- Drive passive candidate engagement through direct sourcing, networking, and market research.

- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

- Collaborate with Technology Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership.

- Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring teams throughout the search process.

- Facilitate candidate assessments, interview debriefs, and selection decisions.

- Conduct talent research and competitive intelligence to identify leadership talent across the market.

- Develop organizational and competitor mappings to support strategic hiring initiatives.

- Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
