Role Overview:
This role is responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition across manufacturing, IT, and corporate functions. It includes leadership hiring, campus recruitment, employer branding, and stakeholder management to ensure a robust talent pipeline aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment strategies for manufacturing, IT, and leadership roles.
- Build and execute campus hiring programs and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Partner with business heads and senior leadership for strategic hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment partners, placement cells, and external agencies.
- Mentor and develop the internal recruitment team.
- Deliver data-driven insights and hiring metrics to leadership teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition with exposure to manufacturing and IT hiring.
- Strong skills in employer branding, campus hiring, stakeholder management, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

- Hiring fulfillment % vs. plan
- Campus hiring success ratio
- Leadership hiring closure within SLAs
- Stakeholder satisfaction scores
- Attrition % within TA team
