Experience: 5-8 years in ROI-driven performance marketing, preferably for D2C / Fashion / High-AOV categories
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the monthly budget, with clear ownership to scale it profitably to support monthly online revenue goals
- Drive paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and emerging platforms with constant ROAS vigilance
- Build and execute scalable campaign strategies that allow 20-25% monthly budget growth without destabilizing revenue or ROAS
- Ensure channel-wise efficiency, with sharp control on CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR
- Plan and execute experiments to unlock new audiences, geographies, and creatives
- Work closely with creative, website, and analytics teams to improve AOV, CVR, and landing page performance
- Develop granular performance dashboards, weekly reports, and scaling playbooks
- Regularly conduct LTV:CAC analysis to unlock new budget efficiency windows
- Ensure budget pacing, offer alignment, and intra-month planning to avoid mid-month ROAS drops
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience scaling budgets without ROAS drop
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and attribution tools
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills (Excel/Sheets, Looker, GA4, attribution platforms)
- Strong commercial acumen to link marketing to P&L impact
- Performance testing: Creative, audience, and bidding experiments
- Experience in D2C or high-AOV category is a huge plus.
