Job Summary:


- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development professional to lead the design, execution, and evaluation of impactful learning programs across the organization. This role demands strong program management, instructional design capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across departments.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Learning Needs Analysis:


- Conduct assessments using surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify current and future
training needs aligned with hiring and workforce planning.

2. Program Management:


- Own end-to-end learning programs from needs analysis, content design, stakeholder alignment,
delivery setup, execution, and impact mapping.

3. Build for Delivery:


- Utilize blended learning methods such as classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations
to drive effective delivery.

4. Content Development:


- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to develop relevant and engaging
content, including manuals, decks, e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments.

5. Team Leadership:


- Guide and mentor L&D team members in managing existing programs effectively and serve as a
support layer to the L&D Head.

6. Analytics & Impact Measurement:


- Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights, assess program effectiveness, and drive
continuous improvement.


7. Stakeholder Collaboration:


- Partner with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and SMEs to ensure learning programs meet
organizational goals.

8. Compliance & Resource Management:


- Ensure programs adhere to ISO principles and audit standards, particularly in quality and
information security.

9. Trends & Innovation:


- Stay abreast of evolving technologies and learning trends, with a focus on Cloud, AI, and GenAI.
Align programs with industry standards and certifications.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:


- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.


- Experience in LMS implementation and management.


- Strong understanding of IT systems, tools, and infrastructure.


- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.


- Certifications in GenAI, Project Management, or other relevant domains.


- Strong familiarity with emerging technologies and modern learning tools.


- Ability to independently analyze training needs, define KPIs, and measure learning outcomes.
