Manager/Lead - Human Resource - Business Consulting Services Sector

We're Hiring: Senior HR Lead | Delhi NCR

Entrusted with a mandate to hire a Senior HR Lead for a leading client in the business consulting services sector.

What we're looking for

- 6 to 9 years of progressive HR experience across TA, HRBP, L&D, OD, or HR Ops

- Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth environments (consulting, startups, or tier-1 corporates preferred)

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

- A balance of strategic mindset with operational rigor, with comfort in HR systems and analytics
