Manager/Lead - Demand Planning

- Lead Demand Planning initiatives using Blue Yonder (JDA) for large, complex supply chains.

- Design, configure, and optimize Blue Yonder Demand Planning modules.

- Drive forecast accuracy improvements using statistical models, causal factors, and promotions.

- Own S&OP / IBP processes, including consensus demand planning.

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams to align demand plans.

- Lead solution architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment of BY DP.

- Manage demand planning hierarchies, calendars, segmentation, and aggregation levels.

- Handle data integration from ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) into Blue Yonder.

- Analyze forecast errors, bias, and continuously improve planning performance.

- Mentor junior planners / consultants and act as a subject matter expert.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership.

- 12+ years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain Planning.

- Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Demand Planning.
