Role Overview:

The Last Mile Operations role is a critical position responsible for overseeing and optimizing the final stage of the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers across various locations in India. This role involves collaborating with logistics partners, managing delivery personnel, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs. The Last Mile Operations Manager works closely with the supply chain, demand planning, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of delivery operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of last-mile delivery operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce delivery costs, and improve delivery speed.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time, delivery success rate, and customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.

- Resolve delivery-related issues and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
