Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct extensive market research to identify new land acquisition opportunities.

- Analyses zoning regulations, property values, and market trends to evaluate feasibility.

- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, government bodies, and real estate partners.

- Lead negotiations to secure land parcels with favorable terms.

- Manage end-to-end documentation, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

- Coordinate with internal legal teams on agreements and purchase documentation.

- Support long-term acquisition strategies aligned with company growth.

- Monitor competitor activities and update management on market conditions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong understanding of local real estate markets and land regulations.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to interpret legal documents and prepare reports.

- Willingness to travel for field visits and meetings.
