About the Job
Are you an experienced and knowledgeable professional in land acquisition? We're looking for a Manager, Land Acquisition (Manager LA) to join our team, working directly with a government client on impactful projects. This position is being facilitated by Pioneer E Solution.
Responsibilities:
- As a Manager LA, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of land acquisition for government projects. Your duties will include, but may not be limited to:
- Executing land acquisition processes in accordance with the NH Act 1956 and the RFCTLARR Act 2013.
- Navigating and utilizing the Bhoomirashi Portal efficiently for all relevant land records and procedures.
- Conducting field-level activities related to land identification, surveys, and stakeholder engagement.
- Liaising with landowners, local authorities, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth land acquisition.
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all land acquisition cases.
- Addressing grievances and resolving disputes related to land acquisition in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks governing land acquisition.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any stream from a recognized university. A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Real Estate Management) is highly preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience specifically in land acquisition matters.
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of the National Highways Act, 1956, and the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (RFCTLARR Act 2013).
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with the Bhoomirashi Portal is essential.
- Hands-on field-level experience in land acquisition is preferred.
