Acting as hub of existing insights work across the portfolio and develop a standard cadence of category, competitor, channel & trade partners / customers insights distribution across teams. 2. Leveraging internal and external data sources in the creation of statistical and analytic reviews of the commercial strategy and revenue optimization 3. Synthesizing information from various sources to draw insights and actionable recommendations (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify challenges/opportunities and present results) 4. Leading the creation of new methodology, tools, systems, and processes that will ensure the right Insights are delivered to enhance the go-to-market 5. Providing regular communication to key stakeholders, business performance, collecting, and sharing best practices 6. Be a driven self-starter, identifying opportunities and being accountable for the execution of business growth initiatives. 7. Ensure integrated approach being applied by designing analytics around data, people and processes. 8. Serve as a thought partner with deep experience in business insights generation, process and data synthesis. 9. Conduct thorough analysis and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations. 10. Partner across functional, local & regional teams to stay abreast of current & changing landscape of analytics, knowledge & insights.
