- A leading global technology services firm is seeking an accomplished Manager - Events, Media, and ABM to drive high-impact marketing initiatives across global clients and industry engagements.


- This role requires a strategic and execution-driven professional with 8-10+ years of experience in SaaS, large tech product, or services companies, with a proven track record of managing large-scale industry and in-house events, account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and media/analyst relations.

- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in global marketing execution, successfully leading CXO-level industry engagements, ABM campaigns across key accounts, and media/analyst relationship management.


- This role will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, leadership, and external partners, to position the organization as the AI-first technology partner for telecom and technology companies

Key Responsibilities:

Event Management - Industry & In-House:

- Lead and execute flagship in-house and industry events for global clients, including CXO summits, executive roundtables, customer workshops, and sponsorship activations.

- Drive end-to-end event execution, including concept development, branding, logistics, vendor management, speaker coordination, and post-event engagement.

- Partner with industry bodies, associations, and external agencies to ensure strong presence at global telecom and technology events.

- Manage event budgets, execution timelines, and ROI measurement for continuous optimization.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Execution:

- Support and execute targeted ABM events and campaigns for strategic accounts, ensuring engagement at multiple levels (CXO, decision-makers, influencers).

- Leverage ABM tools (Demandbase, 6Sense, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to drive data-driven engagement strategies.

- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to track ABM events and campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and account penetration.

Media & Analyst Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading industry analysts and media to enhance visibility as a thought leader.

- Drive analyst briefings, inquiries, and research participation, ensuring favorable positioning in relevant reports and market assessments.

- Manage media relations, securing coverage in key global tech and telecom publications, including interviews, press releases, and thought leadership placements.

- Work with leadership to craft compelling executive communications, ensuring messaging is well-articulated across media and analyst channels.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

- Partner with sales, leadership, and portfolio marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.

- Work with creative, content, and digital teams to develop compelling narratives and impactful event/ABM assets.

- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, event impact, and analyst/media engagements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5 to 10 years of marketing experience in leading SaaS, tech product, or tech services firms with global exposure.

- Experience targeting large/enterprise global companies.

- Strong track record of successfully managing large-scale industry events, in-house customer engagements, and ABM programs.

- Demonstrated experience in handling global media and analyst relations, driving strong brand positioning.

- Expertise in managing CXO-level engagements and strategic marketing initiatives across international markets.
