Key Account Manager - Ecommerce Looking for a Key Account Manager for an FMCG brand based in Mumbai Responsibilities and Duties: - Sales and relationship management through communicating effectively with customers, partners and suppliers regarding order status and market trends. - Proficient in working with online Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm etc) including understanding APIs, Robust product ranking, and other resources related to maximizing sales on Marketplaces. - Understand basic math skills to be used in pricing material, costing orders, and managing inventory stock levels. - Maintain, strengthen, and grow client relationships through comprehensive strategy, oversight and management of accounts. - Act as the main point of contact for clients to ensure that business needs and desires are being met in a timely and efficient manner. - Collect, organize, create, and present project briefs to internal teams. - Assess client objectives and goals to provide clear, concise direction to internal teams regarding strategic interactive marketing goals throughout project lifecycle. - Managing eTailers and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify. - To do stock replenishment, stock fill as per the Base stock, No stock out of Top sellers, and monthly stock check of system / Physical inventory and resolution of variance, slow-moving stock optimization. - Offers scheme planning / Tracking AD Campaigns daily. - Cataloguing, Keyword optimization, and Product Visibility. - Communicating Issues and Concern with representatives of our E-Commerce Accounts. - Routine Inspection of our account, maintenance of account health. - Tracking Customer Response and Feedback to drive sales. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications - Proficiency in E-Commerce, merchandising and marketplace management. - Strong leadership skills, flexible team player - Strong financial and analytical skills - Experience in Key Account management, sales, and marketing - Excellent presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal
