This company is a startup in the lab grown diamond business with a few stores across PAN India locations. This role will involve retail and cluster management. ESOPS will be provided on top of the F+V salary.

Job description

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.

- Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.

- Coordinate with marketing for promotions and events.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role in a retail environment.

- Strong knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to manage inventory and work with financial data.

- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
