Manager - IT Security

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage IT infrastructure, security, and vendor relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in IT operations, cybersecurity, and IT Infra & NOC support, with proven experience managing IT security, enterprise systems, networks, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise IT Infrastructure, Endpoints, and Security (including SOC/NOC, Firewall, SIEM, MDM).

- Vendor management, procurement, AMC contracts, and SLA adherence.

- Implement and monitor data backup, disaster recovery, and IT compliance and audits.

- Lead IT Asset Management PAN India and monthly billing processes.

- Ensure compliance with IT security, policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage server administration, AD policies, DHCP, O365, Exchange, and G-Suite.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of Network Administration, Firewall Security, Antivirus Management, SIEM, and Cybersecurity.

- Hands-on experience with Server Administration (Windows Server 2008-2019), Active Directory, and Group Policy.

- Skilled in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.

- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.

- Skilled to drive Cyber Security, DPDP and AI Risk Awareness across organizations

Qualifications:

- BE, MCA or equivalent.

- Certifications: CCNA R&S, ITIL 4 or equivalent

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
