Manager - IT Security

Technical / Domain Skills:

- IT Infrastructure & Security Management: Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, endpoints, SOC/NOC, firewalls, SIEM, MDM.

- Network Administration: Strong knowledge of network setup, administration, and firewall security.

- Cybersecurity: Expertise in cybersecurity practices, antivirus management, and monitoring/incident response.

- Server Administration: Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2008-2019), Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, O365, Exchange, G-Suite.

- Compliance & DR: Data backup, disaster recovery planning, IT audits, and regulatory compliance.

- Vendor & Asset Management: Procurement, AMC contracts, SLA adherence, IT asset management across locations.

Qualifications & Certifications:

- Education: BE, MCA or equivalent degree.

- Certifications: CCNA R&S and ITIL 4 (or equivalent) are explicitly required.

Soft Skills (critical for the role):

- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently.

- Organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
