Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager Automotive Domain North America. The role is based in Detroit, USA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive domain across the North American market.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the automotive industry.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored technology solutions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and business development goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote services and expand the network.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and automotive industry developments to align sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Proven 7+ years experience in sales and business development for Technology Solutions in the automotive domain.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify market trends and new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Knowledge of the North American automotive market is a must.
