Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales professional to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for our AI products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and enterprise technology solutions, with a proven ability to consult clients, understand their business needs, and position AI solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in AI and IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored AI solutions (e.g., automation, data-driven insights, predictive analytics).
- Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and solution pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, manage the sales cycle, and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay updated with AI and IT industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 to 7 years of sales experience in IT / SaaS / Enterprise solutions (AI sales experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
