Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead and oversee our IT systems, operations, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and leadership experience in managing hybrid or cloud-native environments, ensuring the availability, performance, security, and scalability of enterprise systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, network, endpoint, and system administration (Windows/Linux).

- Oversee cloud and hybrid environment management, ensuring high availability and performance of systems.

- Implement and maintain ITSM tools such as Jira Service Desk for incident, problem, and change management.

- Drive automation initiatives, system upgrades, patch management, and performance monitoring.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and other regulatory requirements.

- Manage IT security tools and enforce endpoint protection and data security protocols.

- Lead incident and crisis response, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor/partner relationships.

- Mentor and guide IT team members, fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of total experience in IT infrastructure/operations.

- Minimum 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.

- Strong expertise in managing hybrid or cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Proficient in system and network administration (Windows/Linux), endpoint and asset management.

- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (preferably Jira Service Desk).

- Exposure to compliance frameworks like HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001.

- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog), patch management, and automation (PowerShell, Ansible, etc.).

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead under pressure.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience managing globally distributed teams is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure Admin, CISSP).
