Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Audit Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on IT audits across various SAP modules and IT infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, business process owners, and external auditors, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening our internal controls, mitigating IT risks, and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute IT audit engagements, covering areas such as SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP PP, SAP CRM, SAP Services, IT compliance, and SOX, to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain audit programs and procedures, incorporating industry best practices and regulatory requirements, to ensure comprehensive audit coverage.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls related to data security, access management, change management, and business continuity, to mitigate IT risks.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management, providing clear and concise reports, to drive remediation efforts and improve control environment.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business process owners to develop and implement corrective action plans, to address identified control deficiencies.
- Stay abreast of emerging IT risks, technologies, and regulatory requirements, to continuously improve the audit process and provide value-added insights.
- Manage and mentor junior IT auditors, providing guidance and support, to foster their professional development.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and report on IT audits, covering various SAP modules and IT infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in assessing the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls related to data security, access management, change management, and business continuity.
- Strong understanding of IT compliance frameworks, such as SOX, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA are highly preferred.
- Adaptable to a remote work environment, demonstrating strong self-discipline and time management skills.
