Manager-ISMS/QMS Audit-Mumbai (3-8 years) Opportunity for candidates with 3 + years of experience in ISMS and implementation of ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 Audits. Responsibilities: - Documenting Business, Management & Support processes following ISO 9001 guidelines. - Implementing the documented processes across all branches. - Conducting internal audits and facilitating process quality reviews. - Liaising with external agencies, such as Certification Bodies. - Assisting the IT Function in the automation of Business Processes. - Working closely with the CFO & Head of Compliance, Senior Management, and various business users at Offices. - Managing risks in line with the defined ISMS (Information Security Management System) framework. - Managing incidents in line with the defined ISMS framework. - Demonstrating an understanding of ISO 27001 and the overall ISMS framework of the company. - Participating in all Security training and awareness programs conducted by the company Requirements: 1. Graduation from a government-recognized education institute. Postgraduates or Graduates from an Engineering stream are preferred. 2. Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred. 3. 3 to 8 years of overall industry experience, including at least 2 years in an ISO 9001 environment. 4. Proficiency in implementing ISO 9001 & 27001 processes. 5. Well-versed in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, VISIO) and the ability to produce ad hoc reports. What's in it for you: 1.
