Manager - IPO Execution & Financial Advisory

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our IPO and Capital Markets team. The role involves end-to-end execution of IPO transactions, financial due diligence, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management, ensuring seamless coordination across issuers, regulators, and intermediaries.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial due diligence and prepare restated/pro forma financial statements for IPO-bound companies in line with SEBI and ICAI regulations.

- Draft financial disclosures, capital structure analysis, and business overviews for DRHP and related filings.

- Coordinate with SEBI, stock exchanges, and other regulatory authorities to address queries and safeguard issuer interests.

- Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and cash flows to assess business sustainability and develop investor presentations, investment memoranda, and pitch decks.

- Manage the appointment and coordination of key IPO intermediaries including legal advisors, peer review auditors, and industry experts.

- Support Ind AS transition, compliance with SEBI ICDR, and preparation of regulatory filings.

- Provide strategic financial analysis and KPI reporting to management and stakeholders.
