Job Description : Manager - Investor Relations (Analytics & Planning)

Location : Noida

Role Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Investor Relations team, responsible for financial analysis, market research, and investor communication. The role involves building financial models, tracking industry trends, and preparing high-quality analytical reports to support strategic decision-making and investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Modeling & Valuation :

- Develop and maintain detailed three-statement financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- Perform valuation analysis including DCF, SOTP, P/E, EV/EBITDA, and NAV

- Prepare forecasts and scenario analysis to support business planning

Research & Analysis :

- Conduct in-depth analysis of company financials, performance trends, and key drivers

- Track competitors

- Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and macroeconomic developments

- Conduct channel checks (dealers/distributors) and support field-level research

Reporting & Communication :

- Prepare research reports, earnings analysis, and sector updates

- Draft investor presentations, notes on stock performance, and thematic reports

- Analyze stock performance (daily/weekly/monthly) and provide insights

Market Tracking & Monitoring :

- Track daily stock price movement of the company and peers

- Monitor news, corporate actions, and policy changes impacting the business

- Review and analyze sell-side research reports and market commentary

Qualifications :

- MBA in Finance or Master's degree in a related field

- CA / CFA preferred

Experience :

6-10 years of relevant experience in:

- Investor Relations

- Equity Research

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with strong modeling exposure

Skills & Tools :

- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Experience with tools like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or Reuters Eikon

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
