Up-to-date on new developments in capital markets & investor relations (IR) services and industry knowledge and play a part in industry forums - All-around leadership including staffing, training, coaching, mentoring and performance appraisal of a team(s) - Maintain liaison with clients through regular interaction for developing the business - Willing to travel to client locations within India and abroad - Bachelor/Master degree holders in any specialization from a recognized university, minimum 60% throughout the education Role Summary: - Director or Assistant Director who has good capital market connections and an existing book of business. The incumbent could be working on his own or with a boutique firm and willing to be acquired-hired. - Senior Managers/Assistant Managers with experience of working in IR either at a company or in a firm with a proven network of analysts. - Significant involvement in business development from lead generation till closure. - Considerable client relationships leading to business opportunities. Contribution to solution development - Participation in practice initiatives and lead initiatives such as knowledge management or thought leadership - Demonstration of in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Besides, demonstrate the ability to assimilate new knowledge - Regularly come up with Capital Markets Dashboard with recent market developments in the related regulatory space/ market activity and other IR updates - The primary responsibility of client-facing role for multiple engagements for the purpose of achieving fair valuation for fair valuation of client's securities. Includes integration of finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance to enable effective communication between the company, financial community, and other constituencies - Creation and presentation of a consistently applied investment message to the investment community, and, thereafter, conveying to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the client company's performance - Conduct perception analysis for clients reflecting how the company is being managed, and view of its financial results and communication - Development and maintenance of IR Strategy, Plan and Execution - Conduct a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation - Development and monitoring of performance metrics for the IR function - Training to all company spokespersons in Fair Disclosure Regulations - Creation of presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors and serve as key point of contact to all constituencies - Overseeing the production of all annual reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements - Manage the investor relations portion on the company website - Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management - Organization of conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings
