Role Overview:
As the Manager of Investor Relations & Public Relations based in Dubai, you will serve as the primary bridge between our leadership team and the global financial community. Your day-to-day involves crafting compelling narratives that articulate our strategic vision, managing high-stakes communications with institutional investors, and orchestrating PR campaigns that elevate our brand presence across the MENA region and beyond. You will work closely with the C-suite, finance departments, and external media agencies to ensure consistent messaging that builds trust and drives market valuation. By shaping how the market perceives our growth trajectory, you play a pivotal role in securing long-term capital support and maintaining our reputation as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies to effectively communicate financial performance and corporate milestones to shareholders and analysts.
- Manage the end-to-end production of quarterly earnings reports, annual reports, and investor presentations to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key financial journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and manage brand sentiment.
- Coordinate high-impact investor roadshows, analyst briefings, and press conferences to facilitate direct engagement between management and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and macroeconomic shifts to provide actionable insights that inform executive decision-making and communication strategies.
- Oversee crisis communication protocols to protect corporate reputation and ensure a unified response during sensitive market events.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences, including institutional investors and the media.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing high-level relationships and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis, enabling the translation of business metrics into compelling investment cases.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic, with the ability to draft high-quality corporate communications, press releases, and speeches.
- A Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Communications from a top-tier institution is preferred to ensure the analytical rigor required for this role.
- Proven adaptability to a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Dubai, with the flexibility to manage international time zones and travel requirements as needed.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or financial journalism, ideally within a high-growth corporate or agency environment.
