About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Investor Relations professional to manage communication between the company and its investors, analysts, and stakeholders. The role involves building investor confidence, ensuring regulatory compliance in disclosures, and supporting IPO/post-IPO investor engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and existing/prospective investors, analysts, and shareholders.

- Draft and coordinate investor communications earnings releases, annual reports, investor presentations, and quarterly result decks.

- Support pre-IPO and post-IPO investor engagement, including roadshows, analyst meets, and investor conferences.

- Ensure timely and accurate disclosures in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Companies Act, and stock exchange requirements.

- Coordinate with merchant bankers, registrars, legal counsel, and auditors on IPO-related investor documentation (DRHP/RHP, prospectus).

- Monitor and analyze shareholder patterns, market perception, analyst reports, and peer benchmarking.

- Organize and manage quarterly earnings calls, AGMs, and investor meetings.

- Develop and maintain the IR section of the corporate website, ensuring updated financials, filings, and announcements.

- Track and respond to investor queries, grievances, and feedback in a timely manner.

- Build relationships with institutional investors, mutual funds, FIIs/FPIs, and research analysts to enhance visibility and stock coverage.

- Prepare MD&A (Management Discussion & Analysis), fact sheets, and FAQ documents for investor reference.

- Monitor competitor and industry IR practices to benchmark and improve investor engagement strategy.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations (LODR, ICDR), stock exchange listing requirements, and corporate governance norms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to simplify complex financial data for investors.

- Strong analytical skills with understanding of financial statements, valuations, and market trends.

- Relationship management skills with institutional investors, analysts, and media.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential/sensitive information.

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); familiarity with IR tools/platforms is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA/CS or equivalent qualification.

- 3- 10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Merchant Banking.

- Prior experience handling IPO investor communications or working with a listed company's IR desk is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of capital markets and investor psychology.

Compensation:

- As per industry standards, commensurate with experience (Fixed + Performance-linked bonus).
