Manager - Investor Relations

Job Description:

IPO Readiness & Execution

- Support end-to-end IPO preparation, including investor positioning, equity story development, and market education

- Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal counsel, auditors, and PR agencies

- Assist in preparation of DRHP / RHP investor sections, management discussion inputs, and financial disclosures

- Ensure strict compliance with SEBI ICDR Regulations and publicity guidelines

Investor & Analyst Management

- Manage interactions with anchor investors, institutional investors, long-only funds, and analysts

- Support non-deal roadshows (NDRs), investor meetings, and analyst briefings

- Act as a controlled communication channel to prevent selective disclosure or regulatory breaches

Financial & Strategic Communication

- Develop and maintain the company's story, investment thesis, and long-term growth narrative

- Prepare pitch decks, earnings decks, FAQs, fact books, and investor presentations

- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, compliant, investor-friendly messaging

Regulatory Compliance & Disclosure Control

- Work closely with the Company Secretary and Legal team to manage disclosure controls and approval workflows

- Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), ICDR, and stock-exchange disclosure requirements

- Support post-listing obligations including earnings calls, investor disclosures, and annual reporting
