Headquartered in India with global operations, the company maintains strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders through transparent and consistent communication.

We are seeking a Manager Investor Relations to manage communication with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders. The role will support capital market communications, financial disclosures, and investor engagement initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a key point of contact for investors, analysts, and institutional stakeholders.

- Support preparation of investor presentations, earnings releases, annual reports, and regulatory disclosures.

- Assist in organizing investor calls, analyst meets, roadshows, and earnings conferences.

- Develop clear and consistent messaging around company performance, strategy, and outlook.

- Coordinate closely with finance, strategy, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of communication.

- Track market trends, peer performance, analyst reports, and investor sentiment.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications and disclosures.

- Support senior management in responding to investor queries and engagement requests.

Must Have:

- Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent qualification.

- 7-12 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or financial com-munications.

- Experience in EPC, infrastructure, industrials, or project-driven organizations preferred.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and regulatory disclosure requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

- Exposure to interactions with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
