Key Responsibilities:

- Manage quarterly earnings communication

- Understand and explain P&L, margins, ROCE, working capital, and PAT drivers

- Coordinate with current investors and manage follow-ups

- Prepare investor presentations, disclosures, and Q&A

- Engage professionally with long-only institutional investors

- Ensure accurate, compliant communication (SEBI norms)

- Work closely with Founder/MD and CFO

Ideal Candidate Background (Prioritise candidates from):

- Listed mid-cap companies (recent or 13 years post listing)

- IR roles in industrials, infra, manufacturing, logistics, or B2B tech

- Equity research (buy-side or sell-side), 26 years

- FP&A / Corporate Finance professionals ready to transition into IR

- Individuals who have handled earnings calls, disclosures, or investor Q&A

Required Traits:

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Strong financial literacy

- Confident yet conservative investor communication style

- Fact-based, non-promotional IR approach

- High maturity and comfort working directly with founders
