Financial Reporting and Investor Communication:

- Performance/Result tracking and benchmarking with peers and comp-set within the industry

- Perform valuation analysis and benchmarking against companies in similar industries, to aid in positioning and comparability.

- Monitor industry trends and competition benchmarking to generate actionable insights that support management's strategic decision-making.

- Overseeing financial reporting and ensuring that stakeholders receive timely, accurate, and comprehensive updates on the company's performance

- Preparing and summarising "Earning releases" with key financial metrics, major highlights, growth story etc.

- Assist in drafting quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and regulatory filings.

- Prepare briefing notes, scripts, and Q&A for management before earnings calls and analyst meets.

Investor Relationship Management:

- Relationship Management - ensuring strong rapport with both existing and potential investors, fostering long-term partnerships.

- Actively engage with Research Analysts to get a proper coverage of the Company within the Research Reports with effectively communicating the long terms growth story

- Assist in preparation of Investor pitch decks, key inputs for investor meetings and address investor queries.

- Maintain the investor contact database, track shareholder movements, and compile investor feedback.

- Monitor analyst coverage and media reports on the company and peers.

- Coordinate and execute investor meetings, calls, and presentations to discuss fundraising initiatives and portfolio performance.

- Work with the Company Secretary and Finance teams to ensure timely filing of earnings updates, press releases, and investor disclosures as per SEBI LODR norms.

- Prepare and manage investor relations materials including presentations, reports, and newsletters.

Fund Raising Activities:

- Drive the capital raising process, working closely with the management team to meet fundraising objectives.

- Oversee the communication of investment strategies and company updates to current and prospective investors.

- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and incorporate insights into investor relations strategies.

Desired Skills:

1. Lead Generation skills to identify and target potential investor pools, increasing investment opportunities

2. Sales Presentations skills, able to deliver compelling presentations that articulate the value proposition of investing.

3. Networking acumen essential for building and maintaining a robust network within the financial and venture capital communities.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

- Minimum of 5 years of financial/investor relations experience, preferably within the hospitality or related sector, but not mandatory

- MBA Finance or equivalent

- Some established relationships with Analysts / Investor set

- Demonstrable sector knowledge of the hospitality industry preferable

- Clear and demonstrable understanding of financial statements, financial ratios and trading multiples, capital markets, equity valuation techniques, buy side, sell side, the strategic role of IR and its value

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong Excel/financial modelling skills

- Strong PowerPoint/presentation skills
