Manager - Investor Relations

Job Description:

- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors (current & potential)

- Prepare investor materials - quarterly earnings presentations, corporate decks, and annual reports

- Organize and execute investor meetings, conferences, and analyst days

- Engage with sell-side analysts and broaden coverage

- Track and analyze the company's shareholding patterns

- Collaborate with PR to ensure investor-related website content is current

- Support strategic initiatives including M&A, business development, and corporate strategy
