Manager - Investment Research & Conference

Role Overview:

Sharp and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support Private Equity and Venture Capital practice.

The role involves investment research, financial analysis, market intelligence, and end-to-end management of investor and industry conferences.

The candidate will work closely with investment teams, partners, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment & Financial Research:

- Conduct sector, company, and market research for PE/VC investments.

- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, pitch decks, and investment memos.

- Track deal pipelines, portfolios, and industry trends.

- Support due diligence through data analysis and benchmarking.

Conference & Knowledge Management:

- Plan and manage PE/VC-focused conferences, investor meets, and roundtables.

- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, delegates, and service partners.

- Develop conference agendas, research reports, and thought-leadership content.

- Manage post-event analytics, insights, and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA / CFA Level I (preferred) / Finance or Economics background with 5+ years of experience.

- Strong financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and research skills.

- Understanding of PE/VC ecosystems, startups, and capital markets.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
