About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected professional to drive investment product sales to corporates and institutional investors.

If you have strong relationships with Corporate Treasuries, PF Trusts, Pension Funds, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors, and enjoy working independently to originate and close investment opportunities this role is for you.

Youll play a key role in mobilizing investments into approved securities and fixed income instruments such as Bonds, G-Secs, Treasury Bills, and Commercial Papers.

What Youll Do:

- Build and manage relationships with CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Institutional Investment Teams.

- Distribute and promote fixed income and approved investment products (Bonds, G-Secs, T-Bills, CPs, etc.).

- Source and execute investment opportunities with corporate and institutional investors.

- Track market trends, yield movements, and credit developments to identify business opportunities.

- Work closely with internal teams for deal structuring, compliance, and documentation.

- Achieve defined business and investment mobilization targets.

What Were Looking For:

- 415 years of experience in Fixed Income / Treasury / Institutional Sales.

- Strong existing network across corporate treasuries, PF trusts, and institutions.

- In-depth knowledge of debt markets, yield curves, credit analysis, and regulatory frameworks (RBI/SEBI).

- Excellent communication, relationship management, and deal execution skills.

- Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in an individual contributor setup.

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience with Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, AMCs, or Broking Firms in institutional or treasury sales.

- MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA preferred.

- Relevant NISM certification would be an advantage.
