- The role requires a deep immersion in a variety of financial functions, with responsibilities spanning preparation of Periodic MIS & Analytics Reports, GL Accounting & reconciliation and Banking & Transactions. Additionally, the position involves coordinating with banks, wealth managers, and funds for executing transactions, reconciliation. Candidates having capabilities on Investment Analysis, Returns Optimisation and decision-making support will have an added advantage.

Qualifications and Experience:

Must :

- MBA/CA/Semi-Qualified CA/ CFA or candidates perusing CFA with experience in MIS & Book-keeping.

- 4 years of experience, preferably in Banking/Corporate Finance/Treasury Management/Wealth Management.

- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel - for MIS Preparation & analysis.

- Experience presenting to senior executives/management.

- Experience in market instruments such as bonds, derivatives, structured products, money market instruments etc.

- Negotiation and communication skills to deal with bankers/wealth-managers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

A. MIS, Accounting & Record-Keeping (Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced)

Primary responsible fora. Data collation, consolidation & feeding for preparation of timely MIS Reports, as required for detailed

Portfolio & Risk Analysis, to identify low performing investments & return optimisations.

b. GL Accounting and recording transactions on timely basis.

c. Reconciling holdings between Books, MIS & Bank/Custody Statements.

d. Account Finalisation & Co-ordination with Auditors, Regulatory filings (if any).

e. Record-Keeping of all transactions, approvals, documents, and necessary communications.

B. Transaction Processing & Co-ordination (Skill Level: Intermediate)

Routine banking & Investment activities and co-ordination with Bankers/Wealth-Managers/Custodians for :

a. Fund Transfers & Other Banking activities and documentations.

b. Placing and executing buy/sell orders for investments, raising/closing loans as per management expectations.

c. Tracking orders, execution & verification of debit/credits in bank accounts as per agreed terms and cashflow projections.

Knowledge/capability of investment analysis, return optimizations' and decision-making support would be an added advantage
