Designation: Manager - Investment Banking (Merchant Banking Division)

Responsibilities -

- A candidate should be strictly a Chartered Accountant.

- 1 to 4 year experience in investment banking with due diligence and financial modelling.

- Drafting and preparation of Offer /IPO Documents.

- Liasoning and coordination with clients, intermediaries, SEBI and stock exchanges.

- Analyse the business model of the clients, risks involved therein, critical analysis of past financials.

- Assisting in finalization of Restated Financial Statements of the clients.

- Keeping the internal record/ MIS of the ongoing assignments.

- Advisory to clients in relation to Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, FEMA Laws, SEBI Regulations and secretarial laws.
