We are looking for a Manager Investment Banking to join a leading investment banking team with a focus on Infrastructure transactions.

The role offers exposure to end-to-end transaction execution, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and client management across a diverse range of infrastructure assets.

Note:

This role focuses on the Infrastructure sector. Candidates with 4+ years of Investment Banking experience and strong M&A transaction execution across any sector are encouraged to apply. Prior Infrastructure experience is not mandatory, the team is open to candidates from sector-agnostic Investment Banking backgrounds, provided they are interested in working in the Infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute M&A, equity and debt fundraising, and strategic advisory mandates.

- Build and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses.

- Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, teasers, and other transaction materials.

- Coordinate with clients, investors, legal advisors, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.

- Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and business development.

- Mentor junior team members and manage multiple live transactions simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 4 - 7 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or M&A.

- Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior Infrastructure sector experience is preferred.
