Manager - Investment Banking - Buy-Side & Sell-Side

Role Overview:

As an Investment Banking Manager, you will be at the forefront of executing both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Your day-to-day will involve rigorous financial analysis, valuation modeling, and strategic advisory. You will collaborate closely with clients, senior bankers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This role directly impacts our clients' strategic growth and investment decisions, shaping their future success and driving significant business outcomes for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the execution of M&A transactions, from initial engagement to closing, ensuring seamless process management for clients.

- Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support deal structuring and negotiations, providing critical insights for informed decision-making.

- Conduct comprehensive industry research and due diligence to identify potential opportunities and risks, informing strategic recommendations for clients.

- Prepare compelling pitch books and presentations to articulate transaction rationale and value proposition to clients and potential investors, securing buy-in and driving deal momentum.

- Manage junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to foster their professional development and ensure high-quality work output.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models and perform in-depth valuation analyses, essential for M&A transaction execution.

- Proven experience in conducting industry research and due diligence, providing strategic insights to clients.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

- Adaptable to a fast-paced, demanding work environment, thriving under pressure and delivering high-quality results.

Experience:

- Minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, specifically within M&A.
