About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven Manager - Investment & Fundraising to lead capital raising, investor relationships, and AUM growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive fundraising and AUM growth, consistently meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets

- Identify, connect, and build relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, Venture Partners, and institutional investors

- Manage and nurture existing and inactive investor relationships, converting them into active contributors

- Lead end-to-end investor lifecycle, including outreach, pitching, onboarding, KYC, and activation

- Source and onboard new investors through networking, referrals, events, and strategic outreach

- Represent the organization at industry events, investor meets, and conferences to expand network and visibility

- Conduct one-on-one investor meetings and presentations, effectively pitching curated startup investment opportunities

- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising strategy with portfolio requirements

- Prepare and present investment proposals, portfolio updates, and performance reports

- Track and drive key metrics including AUM growth, investor conversions, pipeline, and revenue targets

- Stay updated on market trends, investor behavior, and competitive landscape

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 4+ years of experience in fundraising / investor relations / investment sales, with at least 1 year in Category II AIFs (PE / VC / Credit / Special Situations)

- Proven experience working with HNIs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, or institutional investors

- Strong ability to pitch investment opportunities and convert investors

- Hands-on experience in conducting investor meetings, presentations, and deal discussions

- Track record of achieving revenue and fundraising targets

- Experience representing organizations at events, roadshows, and networking forums

- Solid understanding of startup funding, valuation basics, portfolio reporting, and investment products

- Ability to prepare investment proposals, performance reports, and track KPIs

- High ownership mindset with strong execution and relationship-building skills

Preferred Background:

- Experience in VC firms, AIFs, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or startup fundraising roles

- Exposure to startup ecosystem, funding events, and investor roadshows

- Finance or business background preferred
