Manager - Investment

Job Description:

1. Deal scouting and analysis for new investment and incubation opportunities.

2. Facilitate investments and support start-ups in their fundraising.

3. Supporting the investment team in portfolio monitoring, reviewing financial statements and tracking progress against targets of investee companies, benchmarking against industry, preparing reports and making presentation of findings.

4. Conducting market research and tracking market trends to provide insights to the investment team; creating and compiling research reports for internal and external use.

Key Skills/Abilities:

1. Passion for working closely with early stage high growth companies

2. Self starter, ability to initiate projects and work independently

3. Excellent oral and written communication skills

4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint a must)

Qualification Required:

1. Graduate/Post-Graduate degree

2. 3+ years of relevant work experience (including internships)
