- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive the sales activity and account development of the buyer based in USA and European countries.
- Evaluate market trends & gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future of sales and profitability in the assigned territory.
- Leverage and stay updated on sales technologies and tools, such as CRM systems and sales analytics software.
- Work closely with Category, Supplier and Marketing teams
- Achievement of revenue target consistently
