Designation: Manager - International Sales (ME & CIS Countries)
Reports to: Cluster Head - International Sales
Span of Control: Individual Contributor Role
Place of Posting: Mumbai & Work from Office for 5 day / week.
Education: Graduate or Post-graduate in International Sales, Exports, Marketing or related fields
Experience: 7 ~ 10 years International Sales handling Sutures/Staplers/Hernia Products and other medical devices
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven Track record of Business development and Business Expansion
- Credential of generating good sales revenue for the company, wherever he has worked must be from Medical Device products Business background and should have good knowledge of Medical Device implants & Hospital Surgical products. (Sutures, Staplers, Mesh, Haemostat, other Medical & Surgical products)
- Understand the international regulatory and commercial aspects of Medical Device implants & Hospital Surgical products
- Knowledge and experience to manage the Dealers and Distributors (Channel partners).
- Good rapport & working experience with Channel partners in the international market with ability to evaluate & monitor their performance.
- Providing and implementing various Credit and pricing policies of the company
- Designing various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Should have some experience of managing/ participation in National/ International event e.g. Trade shows, exhibitions conferences etc.
Others:
- Should be good at data analytics of customers and distributors
- Language proficiency of the countries to handle
- Should have valid Passport
- Should be result & solution-oriented sales professional.
- Excellent communication, SM networking, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to engage with clients and explore new markets.
